3. Submit your manuscript electronically via the submission portal.

4. Upload all required documents, including:

   • Manuscript file (Word or PDF)

   • Cover letter

   • Ethical approval documents (if applicable)

   • Supplementary materials (if any)

5. Confirm all authors have approved the submission and agreed on the content.

   File Formats and Size Limits

   • Acceptable file formats: .doc, .docx, .pdf

   • Maximum file size: 10 MB
